Good News: my partner visa to stay in Australia with my husband has been approved. It took one year and a week to be completed. Not-So-Good News: My son was hospitalized with high blood pressure and issues with his kidney function. He has always been very healthy and athletic so this was a surprise for all of us.
Karma: I am not having fun with a few swaps. I am trying to keep the karmic aspect in mind and let go of any anger I have regarding people not fulfilling their part of a swap. Oh well,sigh.
What I am working on now: I have made 2 bookmarks for quick bookmark/postcard swap. I have another one in the planning stage. I will mail them out next week. I am still working on the handmade item for another swap. I have frogged it 3 times but I think I have finally figured it out. I will happy when I get finished with it because I want to knit something for myself.
